Casabeltrame is located west of Milan, close to the Sesia River. Scanner rigid inflatable boats have been built here since 1993.

It all started with the successful Scanner 590, and since then numerous models in almost every conceivable size have been added. These boats were developed to meet the demands of a market that was looking for a new product that combined the comfort and design of a boat with the practicality and safety of a rigid inflatable boat.

The company was founded and is still run by the Montemitro family. The designs and construction are constantly being refined and tested. The RIBs are mainly used in the Mediterranean, in turquoise blue waters and plenty of sunshine. The RIBs are therefore not only tested locally in northern Italy, but also directly in the Greek and Sardinian seas and along the Spanish coast.
